With the growth of new prospects and companies considering the area came the need to create additional facilities to house them.
- Managed Huntington Industrial Center (the former
Owens facility), completely filling over 650,000
square feet with manufacturers
- Constructed three shell buildings for manufacturers
- Acquired key parcels of land for development
around Applied Card Systems building
- Acquired a 72-acre industrial site on Route
2 in Cabell County - the HADCO Business Park
- Identified a prestigious developer for Pullman
Square in downtown Huntington
- Developed the concept and vision for KineticPark
- Pursuing the construction of a 50,000 square
foot Velocity Center at KineticPark
- Maintain an inventory of all available sites
and key buildings for future development
- Own and developed the Prichard Industrial Park
